Welcome to ITS Trading & Services Business Solutions . By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using any of our professional business services including Qatar PRO Services, Immigration Services, Document Clearing, Company Formation, Business Licensing, Translation Services, Business Consulting, Bank Account Opening, Office Space Solutions, and Website Development Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging ITS Trading Services, signing a service agreement, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

  • Qatar PRO Services: Government-related document processing, renewals, and liaison with Qatar authorities
  • Immigration Services: Visa applications, residence permits, work permits, and related procedures
  • Document Clearing: Attestation, legalization, and clearance of official documents
  • Company Formation: Business registration and incorporation in Qatar
  • Business License: Application and renewal of commercial and trade licenses
  • Translation Services: Certified and general translation of official documents
  • Business Consulting: Advisory services for business setup and operations in Qatar
  • Bank Account Opening: Assistance with corporate and personal bank account applications
  • Office Space Solutions: Virtual office, flexi-desk, and office space arrangements
  • Website Development Services: Design, development, and maintenance of websites

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents as required
  • Ensure all submitted documents are genuine, valid, and legally obtained
  • Cooperate promptly with requests for additional information or signatures
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your personal or business information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar

4. Fees & Payment

  • All service fees are agreed upon prior to commencement of work
  • Government fees, third-party charges, and authority fees are separate from our service fees and are payable by the client
  • Payments are due as per the agreed payment schedule or upon invoice
  • ITS Trading Services reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment
  • All fees paid for services already commenced are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

5. Refund Policy

  • Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Government fees and third-party charges are non-refundable regardless of outcome
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days

6. Processing Times & Government Approvals

ITS Trading Services acts as a facilitator between clients and government authorities. We do not guarantee specific processing times or approval outcomes, as these are subject to the sole discretion of the relevant Qatar government authorities. Delays caused by authority procedures, incomplete documentation, or policy changes are beyond our control and do not entitle the client to a refund.

7. Document Responsibility

  • Clients are solely responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of all documents submitted
  • ITS Trading Services will not be held liable for rejection, delays, or penalties resulting from incorrect or fraudulent documents
  • Original documents submitted to us will be handled with care; however, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by government authorities or third parties

8. Translation Services

  • Translations are provided for informational or official submission purposes
  • ITS Trading Services is not liable for decisions made by government bodies based on translated documents
  • Clients must review translated content and raise concerns before submission

9. Website Development Services

  • Project scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in a separate written agreement
  • Final website ownership transfers to the client upon full payment
  • Any changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges
  • ITS Trading Services is not responsible for third-party hosting, domain issues, or content provided by the client

10. Confidentiality

All client information, documents, and business details shared with ITS Trading Services are treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party except as necessary to deliver the requested services or as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • ITS Trading Services acts as a service facilitator and is not liable for decisions, delays, or rejections by government authorities or financial institutions
  • Our liability is limited to the service fees paid by the client for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services

12. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice
  • In the event of termination, fees for work already completed are non-refundable
  • ITS Trading Services reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of fraudulent documents, non-payment, or breach of these terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.

14. Amendments

ITS Trading Services reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated to clients directly. Continued use of our services after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
